1Risk Acceptance
The Client acknowledges, understands and agrees that Sino Sound shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense, whether direct or indirect, arising from any of the risks disclosed in the Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure Statement and/or Introducing Broker Disclosure.

2Rights of Sino Sound
The Client acknowledges, understands and agrees that Sino Sound shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any action or omission taken by Sino Sound in accordance with the Client Agreement, including but not limited to actions taken in response to market abnormalities, suspicious trading activities or operational requirements.

3Client Responsibility
The Client acknowledges, understands and agrees that Sino Sound shall not be liable for any loss, cost or liability that the Client is responsible for under the Client Agreement, including but not limited to the Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure Statement and Introducing Broker Disclosure.

4Price Errors
In the event of a quotation error, execution error or pricing discrepancy, Sino Sound shall not be liable for any resulting account balance adjustments or trading losses. Such errors may include, but are not limited to:
　　•　Incorrect quotations provided by dealers;
　　•　Prices inconsistent with prevailing market prices;
　　•　Hardware, software or communication system failures;
　　•　Incorrect prices supplied by third-party providers.
Clients are responsible for allowing sufficient time for order processing and margin calculations. When the execution price of an order or the order level is close to the market price, margin notifications, stop-outs or other related actions may be triggered.
Sino Sound reserves the right to correct, amend or adjust any transaction affected by a pricing or execution error. Any dispute arising from such errors shall be resolved by Sino Sound at its sole discretion based on available facts and circumstances.

5Non-Guaranteed Quotations
The Client acknowledges that all quotations are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Sino Sound makes no representation or warranty regarding any statement, quotation or information provided by Sino Sound, its employees, agents, introducing brokers or any third party.

6Communication and System Failures
Sino Sound shall not be liable for delays in the transmission or execution of instructions resulting from failures of communication facilities, power interruptions, network disruptions or any other events beyond Sino Sound's reasonable control.

7Limitation of Liability
Sino Sound shall only be liable for losses directly resulting from its own wilful misconduct. Sino Sound shall not be responsible for losses caused by the actions, omissions or errors of any third party.

8No Investment Advice
