SinoSound's personal data privacy policy is established in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to protect the rights and interests of clients. The Client agrees that, in connection with deposits and withdrawals made through payment gateways, SinoSound may, as required by the arrangements of the online payment system policies, disclose the Client's personal data to the relevant institutions for identity verification purposes. The Client further agrees that, in the course of providing services to the Client, SinoSound may authorise certain companies not affiliated with SinoSound to use the Client's personal data, including but not limited to companies that, under contract, perform services on behalf of SinoSound, such as those responsible for the printing and mailing of monthly statements, and those providing software maintenance and development for data processing.
